Drawing More Love Into Your Life

In order for you to draw more love into your life, it is best that you get clear about what love is, and where it starts. Love is the complete and total acceptance of is, it is allowing, and it starts with you.
Your world and your experiences, particularly those that are interactions with other human beings, are reflections of your inner world. All changes in the outer world come about through changes in the inner world. As you ask “How can we draw more love in my life”, the answer is through self-appreciation and love for self. As you love yourself, you love others, as you appreciate yourself, you appreciate others, as you are generous with self, you are truly generous with others, as you accept self you accept others. With these inner changes you radiate. You radiate love, you radiate acceptance, you radiate peace, and in this way you become magnetic to more of the same.
The Law of Attraction is Universal; it works on every level and with every thing. It works with love too. So as you increase your level of self-love, and so you will increase your experience of love. You have heard many teachers and sharers of Universal knowledge say that you create your own reality have you not? It is so, you do indeed. Therefore your experience of love in the world is a reflection of your self-love. Criticize yourself, and the world will be a critical place for you, chastise yourself, and so you will be chastised, diminish your skills and ridicule them, and so it will be done unto you. Others will respond to you, as you respond to yourself.
One of the first keys to self-acceptance is acceptance of your parents, for those who reject a parent, reject themselves, and the parent that is least respected, will be imitated. Your parents are the physical manifestation of God; they are the ones that gave you life. Therefore, your life, all that you are, is as a result of them making themselves available to you. They could have chosen not to give you life, but they did not, they gave you life. In this way, Spirit acted through your parents in order to give you life, the physical life you have right now. As you acknowledge this, you can allow your heart to fill with joy at the knowledge that these two souls had so much love for you, that they willingly made themselves available so that you may have life. Is that not worth celebrating?
One of the keys to self-acceptance is realizing that you are your parents. You are not identical to them, but you are them in many respects. As your physical body formed, and egg and a sperm came together in order to form the building block of your body. These building blocks gained from your parents contained their memories and beliefs, and their emotional patterns. Their emotional state at the time of your conception, their beliefs, worries, concerns, hopes, aspirations and fears, all that made up who they were at that moment, became a part of you. Not only were they present on all of these levels during conception, but also during the many months of gestation. As you grew and developed in the womb, you were in constant telepathic contact with both your father and your mother, even if your father was elsewhere. In this sense, you are your parents. Therefore, we repeat, she that rejects a parent, rejects himself. For as you reject a parent, you reject your creator, as you reject the creator, you reject the creator’s creation, and that is you!
When you are at peace with your parents, you can truly be at peace with yourself. Then you will begin to see the positive aspects you have inherited from your parents, gifts that were given to you. Take a moment to remember all the gifts that have been handed you, for there have been many.
As a spiritual being, your job is to move into allowing and acceptance whilst in physical form, that is your task in physical, that is the path of enlightenment. Many wonder why it is that they came to this Earth life, and why on earth did they get or choose the parents they chose – we say to you, it is for the purpose of enlightenment that you chose them, and enlightenment starts with self-acceptance!
Beloved friends, the Universe is a place of vibration, the Law of Attraction is Universal, and there are no exceptions to that rule. The Law of Attraction states that all things similar unto themselves will be drawn. Therefore, although some of you may feel more spiritually developed than your parents, perhaps even superior to one or both of them, the fact that you are their child in this lifetime means that there is a vibrational match between you. Indeed, you may be of different soul ages, but the Universe works in spirals, and as you travel upwards on the spiral of evolution, you visit the same places time and time again, each time from a higher or different perspective. In essence, what we are saying is, that unless there was commonality of energy, purpose, objectives and experience, they simply would not be your life givers!
Some imagine that as they incarnate into physical that they have the choice of all parents everywhere, this is not so. You are limited in choice by your vibration. Therefore, we say to you truly, you have the perfect parents. Mistakes are not made in the Universe. You could have perhaps chosen a different set of parents within the same vibrational ‘band width’, even have chosen parents where the ‘ride’ may have been slightly smoother, but in essence, you chose the perfect parents, and they chose the perfect child. Are you aware that your parents chose you too? Indeed they did!
Drawing more love into your life starts with you. It starts with self-acceptance, and that starts with accepting the life givers, your parents. As you do this, you will feel more secure in whom you are. As you feel this sense of security you will be more accepting of others, and therefore their response to you will likewise be more accepting, more loving.
You create your own reality. It all starts with you. There is much love for you here.
